How To Order

Send an email to thesawshopcj@gmail.com with your Name (and name of company if billing to a business), Phone number, Email and Shipping Address along with the products you would like to order

An invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid online. After receiving payment the order will be shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), we will notify you if there are delays for any reason or if a product is out of stock and needs to be ordered. A tracking number will be listed on the invoice as soon as it is available. Prices on the website do not include shipping, that will be added as a separate line item.

*Please note if for any reason you need to cancel your order or return product; contact us right away. We will accept new, unused product returns and will work with you to decide if you would like a refund or credit towards a future order. In the event of cancellation of a pre-paid sale, we will fully refund you as soon as your payment has cleared our bank. Refunds will be given in the original payment form only. Credit cards refunds will be subject to a 3% processing fee.
